Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean rooms with comfy beds, but the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The staff was helpful and friendly, although there were some miscommunications regarding kids in the pool. The location is convenient for border proximity, but the size was smaller than expected. The dining options were good but slightly pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Upon checking into our room, we were slightly disappointed by the initial smell of paint and dirty dishes on the sink due to a health issue, but the bed and pillows looked invitingly comfy. The service was a mix of being pointed in the wrong direction and a friendly, energetic welcome from staff throughout our week-long stay. The location was convenient for receiving the key and room, but cleanliness was a bit of a letdown. The dining experience offered a fresh and delicious selection, although some dishes seemed mass-produced. The facilities were adequate, with room service and other conveniences provided.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the service was outstanding, and the staff were super professional and attentive. The location, with its close proximity to the border and safe surroundings, was definitely the highlight. However, the room had maintenance issues, and the dining options were a bit pricey.
